Hytera Communications and the NAFFCO Group have strengthened their long-standing strategic partnership through the signing of an enhanced Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Intersec Dubai 2026.

The MoU marks a new phase of collaboration between the two companies, reinforcing their shared commitment to deeper integration, joint innovation, and long-term cooperation in emergency response and public safety solutions.

The agreement was signed by Eng. Khalid Al Khateb, Chief Executive Officer of NAFFCO Group, and Stanley Song, Vice President of Hytera, underscoring the strategic alignment between the two organizations.

Expanded Scope of Collaboration

Building on their existing partnership, the enhanced MoU focuses on expanding cooperation across solution co-development, system integration, training, and service support. By combining NAFFCO’s expertise in fire safety systems and emergency response vehicles with Hytera’s mission-critical communication technologies, the partnership aims to deliver more integrated and reliable solutions for emergency responders operating in complex environments.

“We are pleased to further our cooperation with Hytera on a larger international stage,” said Arkan Adel, CEO Representative at NAFFCO. “Hytera’s communication technologies complement our emergency vehicles and safety systems, enabling better coordination, faster response times, and improved operational efficiency for emergency teams.”

Stanley Song highlighted the long-term vision behind the renewed agreement, stating that the partnership is built on shared experience and proven results. He noted that renewing the MoU at Intersec Dubai reaffirms both companies’ commitment to working closely across solution design, deployment, and training to support large-scale emergency services.

Integrated Solutions on Display

During Intersec Dubai 2026, Hytera and NAFFCO jointly showcased their integrated approach through a combined exhibition display. Hytera presented its latest mission-critical communication solutions, including the Integrated Command & Control (ICC) Platform and body-worn camera systems, alongside NAFFCO’s specialized emergency response vehicles.

The joint demonstration highlighted how tightly integrated communication and vehicle platforms can enhance situational awareness, streamline command and control, and support coordinated emergency operations across a range of scenarios.

The exhibition also attracted high-level attention, including a visit by H.E. Mohamed Hamad Al Kuwaiti, Chairman of the UAE Cybersecurity Council, reflecting the growing importance of resilient and integrated communication solutions within national safety and security frameworks.

The strengthened partnership between Hytera and NAFFCO underscores a broader industry trend toward integrated, technology-driven solutions aimed at improving emergency response effectiveness and public safety worldwide.
